I was onsite with a customer for a SCCM gig and the morning started out with a great Friday morning of Exchange 2007 OWA not functioning which is used by a majority of the company for email.
So, I halted the SCCM gig and helped the customer resolve the Exchange 2007 OWA issue. Thanks to my co-worker Sohil Merchant from our Houston office, he told me how to resolve this problem in a quick manner.
The issue happens whenever we would connect to OWA, if you haven’t cached the site, you should get the following error, “/owa/<IP Address>/scripts/premium/flogon.js”. If you did cache the site you would see the site for OWA, but no pics and no ability to log into Exchange.
To resolve this problem, all the customer had to do was install the latest Exchange Rollup which is Rollup 8.
